This overview lists the features developed since the previous update in August. All these new features are available in the admin environment.

Text editor

New editor on every website - the Tiptap editor, a modern and fast editor, replaces the old CKEditor 4 on all websites.
Insert images from the Filemanager - the image button opens the Filemanager, pick an image and it is placed at the cursor.
Link to your own pages - the link button opens the URL picker: choose a page, news item or other item, a special URL or a file.
Without selected text, the title of the chosen page becomes the link text. Emptying the URL removes the link.
Convert menu - convert the text of a field in one step: make HTML, clean up HTML, Markdown to HTML and back,
and Markdown to WhatsApp and back.
Tidier controls - the text type selection and the Convert and Editor buttons form one compact bar below the text field.

See where a file is used - the Filemanager shows for every file which pages and items use it.
A file that is still in use cannot be deleted, and renaming or moving a file updates every page that links to it.
A report lists the files that are not used anywhere.
File history - every upload, rename, move and deletion in the Filemanager is recorded, with who did it and when.
Image editor - crop, rotate and flip images directly in the Filemanager and in the attachments of an item.
Attachments manager - the attachments of an item now have the same possibilities as the Filemanager:
preview, rename, duplicate, delete with a trash, download everything as a zip file and extract zip files.
Drag and drop everywhere - drop files onto the attachments of an item, or onto an image or file field in a form.
Image fields show the dimensions and file size of the chosen image right away.
Attachments are now also available on bookings, contracts, products and financial transactions.
iPhone photos - HEIC photos are converted to JPEG with one click.
Filemanager sorting - click a column header again to sort in descending order.
The Filemanager reopens the last folder you worked in.
Photo albums - albums are shown as a grid of tiles, each with the best-rated photo as its cover.
Media items have a new grid view with thumbnails.

Search & sharing per page - the information page of every page has a Search & sharing card:
set the title and description for search engines, hide a page from search engines, or point to the preferred URL of a page.
Search & sharing overview - one overview of all pages with their settings and possible problems,
available under Statistics.
Better previews when sharing - every website now automatically tells search engines and social media
what a page is about, which image to show and which language versions exist.
Faster sitemap - the sitemap for search engines has been rebuilt and is cached.

Filter bar - every list in the admin environment has a filter bar with fields that match the type of item.
Your filters are remembered per folder.
Clear error messages - forms show what needs to be corrected next to the field itself instead of in a pop-up.
Log in as a user - a webmaster can open the website as a specific user with the Logon button on the user page,
to see exactly what that user sees.
Only relevant settings - the Preferences only show the settings of the features your website actually uses.
YAML import and export - next to XML, items can now be exported and imported as YAML. The Export option is always available in the More menu.
Print view - an icon next to the page title shows the page without the header, ready to print.

One look for all statistics - all statistics pages have the same card layout, with charts for gender and age.
Usage per website - key figures with the change compared to the previous month and an overview of the last 12 months.
Details per item type - click an item type in the overview to see what is stored for that type.
Privacy and job titles - redesigned pages that show how completely personal details and job titles have been filled in.
Change history - clearer buttons and explanations when comparing and restoring versions.

Results per target group - the mailing report shows opens and clicks for each target group.
Send a test to yourself - the Send Test Only to Me button is now on the mailing page itself.
Attachments by drag and drop - drop files onto the attachment field when sending an e-mail to users.
The recipient field only suggests users with a valid e-mail address.

Online booking page - websites with bookings get a booking page with an availability calendar,
a booking form with adults and children, and a confirmation e-mail.
Bookings can be downloaded as PDF or text, including their messages.
Appointment module - the appointment scheduler is now a module that any website can use:
self-service rescheduling and cancelling, reminders, multiple resources per calendar and a day view for staff.
The dashboard shows a chart of the appointments booked per day.

Security - automatic blocking of bots and scanners that probe the websites for weaknesses,
and stronger protection of the personal links in e-mails.
Modern technology - updated jQuery UI and a large clean-up of the code behind the admin environment,
which makes future changes faster and safer.
